At Vasaka, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless and hassle-free shopping experience. To ensure that your order is delivered in a timely and efficient manner, we have outlined our shipping and delivery policy as follows:
Domestic Delivery:

Shipping is free on prepaid orders within India.

We ship all prepaid orders within 24-48 hours of order confirmation, except on Sundays and public holidays. All COD orders are shipped within 2-3 days of order confirmation.

The delivery time varies based on the destination city. Typically, it takes 5 days for all metro and Tier 1 cities. For Tier 2 cities, delivery may take up to 7 days. For certain locations in North East India and J&K, delivery may take up to 10 days. Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays in shipment. We appreciate your patience during these times and will ensure your delivery reaches you as soon as possible.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive the tracking details on your provided email ID.

COD is eligible for total cart value below Rs 6999/- only. For COD orders, shipping charges will vary depending on the price of of products. COD charges are non-refundable.

All orders will be delivered to the address specified at the time of placing the order. For modifications, please email us at vasakajaipur@gmail.com within 2-3 hours of placing the order.
