Return and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please do so before it has been shipped. Once the order is shipped, forward and reverse shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • To cancel your order, email us at vasakajaipur@gmail.com. For urgent cancellations, you can also message or call us at +91 9315228123. Please include your order number, name, and phone number in the request.

  • For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, cancellations are processed immediately, and a confirmation email will be sent to the provided email ID.

  • For prepaid orders, cancellations are also processed immediately; however, refunds may take 2-3 business days to reflect in your account. A refund confirmation email will be sent to your provided email ID.

Return Policy

Domestic Orders:

  1. General Conditions:

    • Products delivered in good condition are not eligible for returns or exchanges. We do not accept returns/exchanges for reasons such as design, color, or print preferences.

    • Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases of returns or exchanges.

    • Customized products or products on sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

    • Minor misprints, patches, small dye stains, and slight color variations from website images are not considered defects. Color bleeding is a normal characteristic of hand-block printed products and is also not considered a defect.

  2. Damaged Parcels:

    • If you receive a damaged parcel, please do not accept it. Alternatively, return it immediately to the delivery person.

    • If you notice any damage, incorrect, or incomplete items after accepting the parcel, inform us within 48 hours by emailing vasakajaipur@gmail.com.

  3. Damages and Issues:

    • Inspect your order upon arrival. If you discover defects, damages, or incorrect items, contact us immediately for resolution.

    • To process your claim efficiently, record a video while unpacking the parcel. Start by showing the sealed package, then proceed to unpack and inspect the product in the same recording.

  4. Returning the Product:

    • Ensure the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging when returning it.

    • Once we receive the returned product, our team will conduct a quality check. If the product is found intact, we will process your refund within 48 hours and notify you of the refund status.

  5. Refunds:

    • Refunds will be issued via UPI payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases.

    • Return requests not raised within 48 hours of receiving the product will not be accepted.
